Mynt Recruitment started in December 2004 as part of national franchise and has 2 managed branches, one in York and the other in Hull; we became totally independent in 2009.  Over the years we have grown from strength to strength in this exciting and rewarding recruitment market sector. We now offer Mynt Recruitment franchises.

Geographical Coverage

• Mynt Recruitment’s managed branches are in York & Hull town centres. To make life easy we offer a Yorkshire-wide service with a single point of contact for all our clients.
• We also offer a national coverage on any Permanent Placements across all skill sets.
• Mynt Recruitment have launched a national franchise and will shortly be opening up more branches.

High Standards

Clients can have the peace of mind that all our recruitment practices are standard across all of our branches. We conduct internal audits every 6 months to ensure our standards are maintained and we are audited by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and the Gang Masters Licensing Authority (GLA).

Associations & Affiliations

We take our legal responsibilities very seriously and consequently we are members of

• Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC)
  The recruitment industry’s governing body that set out the rules and regulation of recruitment practices. We are open to be audited by REC at anytime and because we are so confident about our procedures, we have recently applied for Audited status; a bench mark of higher standards within our industry and one held be only a small number of the members registered. We attend REC seminars on changes in employment legislation and have recently put all of our office based staff in York and Hull through CertRP courses.
  
  
• Gangmasters License Authority (GLA)
  A governing body set up to monitor the supply staff to the food production industry, agriculture and horticulture sectors. We adhere to the rules and guidelines set down by the GLA and have been duly audited.
